Programme Manager ERP/CRM & Service Fulfilment

As Program Manager, you will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural born leader, you will have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. As you play a key role in the modernization.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Lead role in implementing Microsoft Dynamics’ Field Service and satellite applications
  • Lead role in selecting future ERP/CRM solution: Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations applications
  • Strategize, implement, and deliver program initiatives
  • Ensure program goals are reached
  • Manage budget for maximum outcome
  • Includes multi-Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Project Team leadership, Challenging Vendors, meeting deadlines
  • Key role in Revising, Simplifying, and Getting alignment on the TO BE Business blueprint & processes
  • Key role in developing the IT platform, from a functional, architectural, data migration, and operational point of view
  • Key role in managing implementation, training and adoption by the business
  • Instrumental for Benefits realization

Key activities

  • Work with project managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks
  • Create program roadmap to represent the content of the upcoming work and a timeline for completing it
  • Monitor cross-functional dependencies, identify any bottlenecks, and visualize progress
  • Produce program reports for management and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience: You are a seasoned program manager with demonstrated relevant experience.
  • Languages: You are fluent in French, Dutch & English.
  • Skills:

o Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

o Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles

o Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

o Strong business acumen, with a strong sense of leadership and authority

o Excellent people skills: strong communication and conflict resolution skills & the ability to adjust your communication to your audience

o Excellent problem-solving ability

o Demonstrated positive attitude: hands-on, can-do, solutions-oriented, accountable

o Strong work ethic: disciplined, autonomous, with a strong sense of ownership
