Experienced IT generalist
We are seeking an independent and autonomous IT generalist, someone that can work with little guidance and proactive in providing solutions. Any Project management skills are welcomed. You will assist in technically managing, maintaining, operating, monitoring, supporting and improving business applications throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support and maintain the IT software platforms that help the different domains to exchange information
- Promote the IT tools across our company
- Document application configuration changes and application help documentation
- Report on status of work in progress, documenting events and raising flags when appropriate
Requirements:
- Experience working with modern technology tools using a wide variety of SaaS solutions (e.g. Office 365, LastPass, Zoom, OneDrive)
- Have experience with Apple hardware and software
- Basic programming language(s) knowledge is a plus
- Good experience in IT Security
- Curious about how things work and fond of the latest technological development
- Hands-on and self-motivated mentality: when things break, and they will, you are eager and able to fix them
- You have a practical mindset; you work in an efficient way.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, also in a remote set-up
Good to have:
- Basic Web development experience
