Certification — Salesforce Developer 2 or higher

• Apex – Triggers, Controllers, Batch Jobs
  • Good knowledge of best practices, including bulkification, Trigger Frameworks
  • Use of @future annotation
  • Unit Testing – Do they know how to use @Setup annotation correctly, do they know the effect of/how to use Test.startTest() and Test.stopTest(), understand the need for unit testing rather than the requirement (SF requires 75% code coverage).
• REST API – Standard REST API and building Custom Web Services.
  • Have they integrated other services with Salesforce.
  • Have they built a Custom Web Service.
• HTTP Callouts
  • Authenticated and integrated with external services over REST.
