Key Accountabilities

Pre-sales technical support, including producing requirements, high level designs and detailed sales
Support the sales team technically and work alongside service, account and delivery teams acting as Technical design Authority
Produce customers presentations demonstrating capability based on core products and at times tailored bespoke solutions
Writing technical proposals
Obtaining approvals to designs from delivery and operational teams
Producing costed solutions, for deployment and support
Technically represent the organisation in front of the customer and their 3rd parties
Producing and implementing configurations form time to time
PoCs and Pilots
Taking a principle role in major technical issues during the project lifecycle
Handover to support teams and technical knowledge share
Provide technical governance and peer review of other colleague’s work
Pursue additional sales opportunities alongside the Service and Account teams for existing customers
Other job duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

The role will require technical experience in the following areas:
Office 365
Azure Compute, Networking, Identity, Security, Advanced Compute and Development.
Application Integration & Development

Desirable experience of working with telecommunications carriers and system integrators
Good knowledge of the Telecommunication & SaaS markets
Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective verbal and written communication in technical English, and strong influencing and networking skills.
Logical thinker – able to troubleshoot systematically
Ability to coordinate other technical specialists, strong teamwork skills as well as able to work under own initiative when required
Demonstrates tenacity and resolve in pursuing critical outcomes.
