On behalf of our client in Birmingham we are looking for a Business Consultant.

BUSINESS CONSULTANT

Within the Product Management division, we are looking for a Business Consultant.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting with clients to understand their business objectives
  • Examining and analysing business model
  • Working with other team to design new solutions
  • Successfully pitching solutions to the client
  • Following up on questions, feedback and criticisms
  • Supporting the implementation phase of the product
  • Remaining a key point of contact for clients
  • You will be responsible for and participate in the full development process from requirements gathering, analysis and development to testing and documentation
  • You will work together with our development and quality assurance team members in order to deliver high quality software, on time and within budget.
  • Represent the company being a key point of contact in relation with customers
  • Organize and participate in regular customer status meetings
  • Describe how the product should be configured to support the customer’s re-engineered processes
  • Handle customer calls and incidents in collaboration with involved parties
  • Monitor customer adoption and satisfaction and report on it to the management

Required Skills

  • At least 3/5 years professional experience
  • Degree in (Business) Economics or IT, or equivalent through experience
  • Knowledge of banking business, in particular wealth or asset management is an asset
  • Experience in managing projects focused on digital solutions, processes and/or digital products (trading, home banking or similar)
  • Experience on mobile channel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Eager to travel on a regular basis outside your home country when required
