Appian Practitioners

Role Description: This role is aimed at Appian practitioners (Designer Role) with significant (+2 yrs)experience in Agile Project Deliveries. This role is key in the team as it will drive the design and implementation of workflows using Appian platform.

Key Responsibilities:  Design, implementation and ability to translate a process mapping into Appian applications. Implementing design, development, testing and deploying best practices across the entire software development life cycle. Participate in the day-to-day activities of the development team. Active participation in Appian’s Community of Practice and expected to lead smaller teams of Appian designers.

Team Structure: Experienced in Appian platform the candidate will be integrated in an Agile squad of 8 to 10 people. Team is made up of a Product Owner, an IT lead, Business Analysts, API developers, IT Ops, Testing support and a Scrum Master.

Personal or Behavioural skills: Eager to learn, excellent team player and special attention to SW quality. We expect a T-shaped resource with deep expertise in Appian but experience / knowledge in all aspects of SW development.
